Changes to this Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy may be updated from time to time. Possible changes include:

  • Updates to shipping costs
  • Changes to self-pickup options
  • Updates to delivery times

These updates may be made to reflect changes in our procedures, or for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The updated policy will be posted on the website, the "Last Updated" Date will be revised, and we will take any other action required by law.

Shipping Costs

Special Offer! Free home delivery for purchases over ₪499.

For purchases under ₪499:

  • Registered mail shipping cost: ₪27.
  • Courier home delivery shipping cost: ₪49.

Self-Pickup

Self-pickup from "Adney Hakodesh" (with prior arrangement) - free of charge.

If you wish to pick up the items yourself directly from "Adney Hakodesh" and thus save the shipping cost, you must coordinate this in advance with "Adney Hakodesh".

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time is 8-15 business days from the day the package is handed over to the shipping company.

Please note that the delivery date is an estimate only, and there may be delays due to factors such as:

  • Force Majeure
  • Technical malfunctions
  • Strikes, shutdowns and labor disputes
  • Customs congestion
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Epidemics and diseases
  • War and terrorism events
  • Cyber attacks

As well as other reasons beyond the control of "Adney Hakodesh".

The customer acknowledges that they are aware that such delays may cause a significant delay in the delivery of the items.

Notes

  • Business days are regular weekdays from Sunday to Thursday only.
  • The day the order is placed will not be counted in the number of business days.
  • The following will not be considered business days: Fridays and Saturdays, holidays and holiday eves, intermediate days of holidays (Chol Hamoed), Shabbat and holidays in the Hebrew calendar, national memorial days and the Ninth of Av fast.
  • "Adney Hakodesh" does not accept orders and does not work during the intermediate days (Chol Hamoed) of Sukkot and Passover. Orders received on these days will only be sent after the Sukkot or Passover holiday, respectively. These days will not be counted in the number of business days.
  • The customer agrees and acknowledges that the delivery of any product of any kind within 45 business days will be considered a reasonable and acceptable delivery time, and they will have no claim and/or demand and/or lawsuit due to this. Without derogating from the above, "Adney Hakodesh" will do its best to deliver any product within 8-15 business days.
  • If the customer made a mistake in the shipping details (for example: a wrong phone number or an incorrect or partial address), the delay in the order is not our fault, but we will try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
  • We make every effort to meet delivery times, however, there may be delays due to congestion and the security situation. There may be delays in deliveries to settlements that cannot be reached temporarily due to the security situation.
